I have the LCD with mounting brackets. It has two small areas where
the glass is fractured. I believe no pixels are dead, but you can see
the fractures. The panel works fine, no other defects. Whether you can
live with the blemishes is your choice.

In the "whole screen" picture, you can see the issues on the top right
and the bottom right (to the left of the cursor). It was difficult to
get proper focus on the lit LCD.
