FF: DUO 2300c AND RELATED BITS
I've suddenly come into a need for money. (Haven't we all, I hear you
say.) I offered the following a while back for free (you pay shipping)
so while my circumstances have got worse, I'm not sure I can honestly
ask for money now. So the following are for free (except for shipping
cost). Having said that, if anyone wants to offer more than cost of
shipping, I won't say no!
The following items are boxed, ready for shipping:
Powerbook Duo 2300c (56 MB RAM, 1·1 GB ATA HD), some dead pixels
around edges of screen, battery lasts under 2 minutes. Currently
running MacOS 8·6 but I'll wipe disk in accordance with LEM-swaplist
rules.
DuoDock, fitted with 1·0 GB SCSI HD (I'll include UK power cable.)
Newer Ultradock 16sce plus SCSI system cable (25-pin to Centronics 50-
pin) to connect SCSI devices to Newer Ultradock. Comes with original
software floppy disk
I’ll need to find a suitable box for:
Macintosh Color Display (13-inch RGB) (I'll include UK power cable.)
No problem to get packaging for the following
Compaq SCSI CD drive plus two Centronics 50-pin to HDI-30 cable
(connects CD drive to DuoDock).
Apple Express Modem DAA (untested)
2 Powerbook Duo AC Adaptors (model no M7783)
PowerBook Duo battery recharger (model no M7778, untested)
HDI-20 External Floppy Disk Drive
4-port 10-base 2/T Ethernet hub (power supply looks like it has US
plug but there's a UK adaptor)
localtalk(?) cable
A couple of random extra bits
CD-ROM drive pulled from Pismo (IIRC), model number CR-175-D, Apple-
branded
RAM stick - possibly a 48MB stick pulled from the Duo
Any or all of the above can be yours for the cost of shipping from
Bruce Ryan in Edinburgh (postcode EH43 7PX), Scotland, UK.
