I have a gently-used Elgato Systems Turbo .264 hardware encoder for
the Apple Macintosh. It is NOT the HD version. It uses a USB interface
and speeds up encoding of video. I have used numerous times with
really good and fast results. The free MPEG Streamclip software for
encoding supports this device and works better (in my opinion) than
the included software. Everything that came with it is included: the
device itself, a USB extension cable, a quick-start guide and the
software CD (plus the original box). Please feel free to email me with
any questions!
