Hi, I have a used Apple G5 Dual 2GHz PowerMac. This is the June 2004 model. The computer has 3GB of RAM (2 x 1GB + 2 x 512MB), 4 slots are empty. It has 2 hard disks (both SATA), one 150GB (unformatted capacity, formatted is slightly less) and one 280GB (unformatted capacity, formatted is slightly less), ethernet, modem, Airport Extreme card and T antenna, Apple keyboard and mouse, additional Kensington slimtype keyboard (a little worn out on edges). Additional Ethernet PCI card is installed but have never used it (it came with the machine). It also comes with a USB 2.0 hub (5 port) and card reader from IOgear (GUH248R), original documents in folder, install and hardware test CDs. Machine is running a fresh install of 10.5 but no disks are included. The new owner must purchase this OS or delete it upon receipt. The original software OS is 10.4 and IS included.
The optical drive is a dual layer Pioneer DVR-110D drive, region- free. The G5 also has the fastest ATI card ever made for it, the Radeon X800XT with 256MB of RAM. This card is an original Radeon card and has both ADC and DVI connectors. It works great. I am also including 2 LCDs both from Apple with ADC connectivity. The 21" is working fine with minor burn in (you cannot even see it). The 20" Apple LCD is not working, the power light comes on and can start the computer, but the screen remains dark. USB ports work on both. Lastly, I am including a very nice speaker system from JBL (Creature) with 2 speakers and one subwoofer. They sound great although at very high volumes there is some distortion (as expected from the size of them). Cosmetically, the machine has some signs of wear, one either side of it there are scratches, some relatively deep. The fans are quiet. I have noticed that occasionally the Energy Saver panel does not put the machine to sleep. However, the machine can go to sleep when the user selects it. I have not investigated it further. I do have a G5 box, although not for this model but fits fine. Nothing else is included. IMPORTANT: due to the size of this, I will NOT ship it. THIS IS PICKUP ONLY, sorry!
