This is the 144-pin 128MB SODIMM PC-133 RAM used in G3 and early G4 laptops (also a nice upgrade for early G3 trayload iMacs!). Brands are mostly Micron, Samsung, and Hynix. I have the low profile (1" high) stuff too.
