The laptop has been upgraded with maximum memory, 144MB, and 40GB
internal hard drive. It's very fast for an old machine. Both modules,
floppy and CD, are present and working. There's also a Wavelan Silver
wireless card with Orinoco software CD so it can connect to an Airport
network (any 802.11b, actually).
The laptop is currently configured with Yellowdog Linux 3 (Sirius) as
the main operating system with a 2GB OS 9.1 partition for booting, but I
can include an OS9 CD. The YDL doesn't support the WaveLAN card, but the
Ethernet port works.
The only known hardware issues are that the right Shift key stopped
working and the trackpad mouse button is held together with superglue. I
use the 'tap' feature of the trackpad to minimize the strain on it.
$25 or best offer. Buyer pays Parcel Post shipping within CONUS. PayPal
preferred.
