Hi Listers, This is a late 2008 15" MacBook Pro unibody (model 5,1) 2.8ghz Core 2 duo, 750GB Samsung Spinpoint SATA hard drive, 8GB RAM, dual-layer Superdrive, 15.4" LED backlit glossy display, dual video 512vram, firmware up to date. This has been used primarily as a desktop Mac, connected to an external keyboard and monitor and is in pristine like-new condition. The screen is bright with no scratches or dead pixels, no wear marks.
Comes with the original 85watt Apple power supply, original software restore discs (OS10.5.6), memory-foam zippered case, and Apple remote. The ports include 2 USB2.0, 1 mini-display port, 1 FW 800, audio in/out, 10/100/1000 ethernet, built-in Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, Airport Extreme a/b/g/n and ExpressCard/34. Battery holds a 2 hour charge (removable, so can easily be replaced). Everything works great, including the backlit keyboard and onboard stereo speakers. I'm the original owner, purchased as a refurb in spring 2009, AppleCare still good until April 29 of this year. Hard drive new in July 2011, RAM new in September 2011.
