Thanks everyone,,, guess Leopard is my best bet as Tiger is starting to wear thin with more and more "issues" on the internet. I'm now looking to buy a retail disk for Leopard if they made one, or a source to download from, as I couldn't find any online downloads from the Apple Online store.

Frank

Frank,

The last release to support PowerPC processors was 10.5 Leopard. It required an 867 MHz or better processor but you can hack it to install on slower G4s.

10.6 Snow Leopard, 10.7 Lion and 10.8 Mountain Lion include code for Intel processors only and do not support any PowerPC machines.
