I've got 2 Apple monitor adapters that adapt a DB15 port to an HD15/VGA port.
They both have a female DB15 port and a male HD15/VGA port. One has DIP switches to change resolution and between VGA/SVGA modes. This one is not branded. The other is branded MacVGA and does not have DIP switches on it. Would like to get $10 each ($17 for both) shipped in a padded envelope via USPS First Class Mail.
