I am selling my PowerBook 160. I bought it and attempted to fix it, as it
had a broken hard drive, but I was not able to fix it. The unit has a
memory upgrade card for a total of 14 MB of memory. The outside casing is
in pretty good condition, with the exception of a few marks on the battery
cover and the broken back hinge. The unit powers on and has a working
floppy drive. The original hard drive refuses to spin up, and a drive I
bought states that it needs to be low-level formatted. The battery appears
to be working, but I have not tested it thoroughly.

I am selling this with a case, the original hard drive, the manual, eight
floppy disks I received when I originally purchased it (untested), an
external battery charger, the power adapter, and the PowerBook itself. I
would like to get $40 plus shipping.

I can also include an additional compatible drive for an additional $8,
what I paid for it when I bought it originally as a replacement. It states
that it must be low-level formatted, but it spins up and is recognized by
SCSI utilities.

I would also be happy to trade, and I would be happy to pass along any tips
to the future owner.

Thanks!
