The DVD-ROM drive in my Cube is showing its age, and I'm hoping someone can help. It doesn't usually want to eject disks when the Cube is sitting upright, but when I lay the Cube on its side it works well enough. I'm hoping to find a replacement drive that can fully eject disks with no problems (and of course it should be able to read well). I am not interested in the CD-RW drive, I have far too many software/video DVDs, and while I wouldn't necessarily be opposed to a Combo or SuperDrive, I have a feeling that a Cube-compatible drive would be too expensive.
I'd like to spend around $10-20 shipped, or if you don't use your Cube's DVD-ROM drive very often or you have a modified Cube that runs on its side (or if you have another computer that uses the same type of drive), we could do a (whole or partial) trade for my otherwise perfect working DVD-ROM drive.
