We recently upgraded to a newer model so our original Apple TV is up for sale. It's the 160GB version and works great. The rubber base has a tear (I had pulled the hard drive out to grab an image of it, in case I ever decided to upgrade it) but it's not noticeable when the unit is in place and of course doesn't affect functionality. It has the latest firmware installed, and includes the power cable and remote. Asking $110 with free Priority Mail shipping to anywhere in the USA.
