I have here a nearly new Canopus (Grass Valley) ADVC 110
Analog-Digital Video Converter. It will connect any analog
video device using either S-video or RCA connectors to a
Mac via 6-pin firewire (1394). It's 2-way, bring video and
sound in or export it to an analog device. No special
drivers needed.
This particular one uses a 6-pin firewire cable (included)
and has no power supply as it is powered over the 6-pin
cable. Cannot be used with an adapter cable to a different
style firewire port unless an external 5V DC power adapter
is connected (not included).
I have used this maybe twice to test it, works great! All
original manuals, packaging included.
