I'm looking for a cheap, basic, CD-ROM-equipped 1990s Mac in the Houston area. I don't need anything fancy, just something like a Performa or Centris. An all-in-one would be great, although a normal desktop would be fine too as long as it has an Apple monitor. Specs don't really matter as long as it works, 68k or PowerPC, all that really matters is that it have a CD-ROM drive and a 640x480 (or better) color screen. I would also be interested in an Apple monitor by itself or an external AppleCD drive if I can't find a complete computer.
I'm only looking to spend around $30 or so since I don't need a top-of-the-line machine, just the kind of basic consumer-level computer that usually isn't worth the cost of shipping. I also have some stuff I could trade, like a 500mhz TiBook, if you'd prefer that. Because shipping CRTs is so expensive I'm only looking for something in Houston, TX, preferably somewhere near the southwest side. If you have anything you think I'd be interested in, please let me know.
