It is quiet and I have had no issues with it at all. Due to list rules, since I don't have the original OS discs, I will need to wipe the drive before shipping. The case is in very good condition. There are no dents, but there are a few scratches here and there. There is no keyboard or mouse included with this, but a power cable will be included. I am thinking $250 shipped UPS insured. Please keep in mind due to the weight of this, that it will cost me probably close to $70 to pack this properly and ship this item to you so that it comes to you with no issues.
