Keyboard, mouse and monitor are NOT included, though I can throw in a black USB Apple keyboard and mouse for an additional charge, if desired. Tower is in in used but overall good condition, though there are some "cosmetic" blemishes (some scuffing and scratches) from daily wear and tear. NO major dents, cracks, holes in the casing, though! Optical drive door MIGHT stick a little bit (i.e. stay open after the tray goes back in), though there are plenty of fixes for that online, as it is a common occurrence in a machine of this vintage.
