Bought this about 1.5 years ago and used it sparingly (didn’t end up really needing to burn many Blu-ray discs). Always worked just fine for me hooked up to my Mini via FW 800 and then a Mac Pro. Has 2 FW800 ports (can be daisy chained with other FW devices), 1 FW 400 port, 1 eSATA port, and 1 USB 2 port. I will include the original box, and 1 each of each type of data cable that can be used with this unit. Will include power cord and owners manual as well. In addition to Blu-ray, it of course will read/write both DVDs and CDs.
