I've been putting together a 15" 2010 MacBook Pro out of spare parts and I need a battery for it. I know that there are cheap third-party batteries out there but I'm still testing/troubleshooting this computer so I'd prefer an Apple battery to eliminate any variables. I'm not sure exactly which models have compatible batteries, but I know for sure that the 2011-2012 batteries won't work, so let's say 2010 models only unless you are positive that it's compatible.
It needs to hold some amount of charge but it doesn't need to be brand new or anything. Something like 80-90% capacity with under a thousand recharge cycles would be ideal, but I would consider even a significantly lower capacity if the price is right. If you recently replaced your battery and have one I might be interested in please let me know the condition/capacity percentage, mAh, and cycle count along with your asking price including shipping.
