Hi Everyone, I recently pulled out my DVD optical drive from my early 2008 17 inch MacBook Pro. It was working when removed, and was a pretty simple extraction. It is a slot-loading DVD SuperDrive as identified by the finder.
Includes only the internal drive itself. External brackets / bezels and mounting hardware not included.
