Now would be an excellent time to make Leo a proper package.

My present thinking is that I just need to create a proper setup.py file for
Leo.  This file would be based on the createLeoDistribution.py script.  I'm
not sure exactly what is needed, but with your help I can't imagine that the
task will take longer than the original ILeo work :-)

Any suggestions or comments?
