The "power of computation" post may indicate that the transition will
be from developing Leo to using Leo to do interesting projects. I
think that's about right. However, the question then becomes, what
long-term projects are interesting? In other words, things are still
in flux :-)

There are several short-term projects that I might do after
"finishing" Leo:

- Better web site, Leo videos, etc.
- An autocompleter that integrates the best ideas from Komodo, Rope
and Stani's editor.
- Making pylint compatible with pychecker, and possibly improving
pychecker.
- Using pyrex to speed up some Leo bottlenecks.
etc.

But thinking of Richard Hamming, none of these is the kind of project
that could take 7 years. Furthermore, most are connected to Leo; none
lead to the next big thing.

P.S. As indicated above, I am starting to think about the
autocompleter as something that can be done *after* finishing Leo.
After all, Leo has a pretty good auto-completer now.
