Ville's work with qleolite significantly increases the priority of the qt project. The fact that Pmw may not be ready for Python 3.0 is also a factor.
Autocompletion is the only area that Leo could be said to be lagging other editors. I gave some thought to this project on my recent vacation. Duck typing helps, but it is not a panacea. I plan to devote at least several hours per week to this project. As usual, the design work will be posted here. I may revive LeoUser's prototype scheme as a first step. There remains about 40 smallish items on the to-do list. I would like to complete four or five a week until they are all gone--maybe 10 weeks. And yes, vim bindings are going to be improved.
