The TK interface changes the background color of a node's headline and
the node's body pane depending on whether the current mode is Command
mode or Insert mode.  Currently, Qt doesn't indicate the mode.  Are
there plans to support using the background color as the indicator in
the Qt interface or, better yet, change the cursor shape to better
provide Vim support?  In Command mode, Vim highlights the current
character by shading the characters background.  In Insert mode, Vim
uses the vertical bar as it is currently used in the Qt and Tk
interfaces.
