I think people coming to leo from non-leo backgrounds would expect to be able to manipulate the locations of items in the tree with the mouse much as you can do with with, for example, the places tree in GoogleEarth. Or the Organize Bookmarks window in Firefox. Note that the latter does not seem to support multiple selection, that's probably the tricky part, deciding when a click and drag is an attempt to move vs. and attempt at multiple selection. Although not very tricky, if we just insist on Shift/Ctrl for multiple selection. Anyway, I'd like to see it work in the Qt interface in a future, post 4.6 version.
