Get Solved with the following combination:
OS: Window XP x86
Python: 2.5.4
PyQt-Py2.5-gpl-4.4.3-1
Leo-4-6-2-final
Actuall, I should try only the version specified in the documentation
mentioned here and not tried new version.

P.S. I'll try back on Windows 7 x64 and the Python 2.5.4 AMD x64.
