Just change the name of the @auto node and save the .leo file.  If you
do this, you might as well change @auto to @file--that way any clones
persist.

Alternatively, make a copy of the original file(s) before you change
the nodes in the @auto tree.  This is what I do when I start to mess
around with files.  Again, it makes sense to change @auto to @file.
