That's what I'd have expected.

Note that the "identity" of an outline, as used for loading / saving
c.db, is basically its file system path, which isn't always constant
for a particular outline, although usually it works well enough.

I guess the alternative would be a uuid in the outline file, created on
first save and never changed there after, but I don't think that's
necessary.
