forgot to mention, it should be possible as an option to
ignore all default Leo "theme" settings. some users would
just as soon like Leo to grab default colors/styles from their
window manager theme and adhere as much as possible to those.
not to say in any way this would be easier. much the opposite.
this could make Leo look wildly different or even unusable
for those that use Leo on more than one desktop regularly.
