Thanks for this report.  This reply was written first, but mistakenly
wasn't sent until the other reply...

Revs 5702 & 5703 fix the immediate problem.  5702 removes the call to
has_key: this dictionary method does not exist on Python 3.x.

5703 ensures Leo will continue to load if docutils throws an exception
while load. I have not been able to install docutils successfully on
Windows--docutils automatic conversion scripts do not seem to be working.
