While following the quickstart tutorial, I was instructed to remove the
extra '@' symbol in front of the @shadow, then save. Upon saving I see the
following error:

created: /home/paul/myfile_shadow.py
Syntax error in: @shadow myfile_shadow.py

That little '^' was pointing to the closing quote on line 13 when it
appeared in the log buffer.
