Some of them change from time to time and might have not got updated, my 
suggestion is to begin to study leopyref.leo as soon as possbile, since 
that file mostly always contain the answers.
What I would search there is, go to "nav" pane, then put there 
"enter-outline-mode"
Then you will find the historic refferences to it and the new name if it 
was changed or substituted.
