​I think this is a minor issue.

If you do it, make sure that p.isAnyAtFileNode and related methods continue
to work.  In fact, altering these methods probably is the only way to
retain compatibility with existing code.

Be sure to run all unit tests if you change any of these methods.  There
are non-trivial implications.
