In my mind that includes everyone trying to learn programming o using it to write something that uses programming as argument or outlining as a way to structure writing (not only programs). Students, teachers can be in that audience so installation becomes crucial. I tried with them using, but dealing with installation issues, specially on Windows machines without proper permissions precluded further deep exploration.
