you will no doubt add a few words about the earlier years? probably most Leonites have no idea what CUJ is (the C Users Journal), and those floppy disks you could order with actual source code for neural networks, AI languages, editors and who knows what would be next.
I can recall one Thanksgiving in the early 80's building a dictionary lookup program from one of the disks that took hours and hours to compile so I could actually spell check! almost automatically, like magic! we don't know how good we have it now. your work on other editors and credit on various projects leading up to Leo.
