The python importers now can import all files in leo/core. This concludes
#354 <https://github.com/leo-editor/leo-editor/issues/354>.

The solution follows Terry's general suggestion not to split certain
classes into methods. As noted in the checkin log, there is no elegant
solution to this problem.

There are sometimes good reasons to place classes inside defs or 'if'
statements, but the present code will have to do. It is roughly equivalent
(roughly the same philosophy) to the code generated by the old importers.

Please report any problems with any of Leo's new importers, especially the
python importer.
