I use a hybrid approach.  One .leo file at work with @path nodes for
git repos. of different projects.  I avoid clones, but there's enough
commonality between work projects that one file makes sense.

At home I have one file with all kinds of stuff in it, including code
projects, but a separate .leo file for a website I develop which is
quite a complex project in and of itself (server side code, templates,
database schema, etc.).
