Packaging a new release for Test PyPi

 (Windows syntax)


rd /s/q dist

rd /s/q build

python setup.py bdist_wheel

twine upload --repository-url https://test.pypi.org/legacy/ dist/*

pip install --index-url https://test.pypi.org/simple/ leo



Remove broken releases (still can't re-use identical version numbers and
file names though):
