Hmm, I did write a thing to extract plugin docstrings into the docs., maybe we should make that go again. Anyway: https://groups.google.com/d/msg/leo-editor/46tA_ItS1Xg/4n5GFnymAwAJ covers most of it, although there's now a new value for `read_on_load:`, if you set it to `background`, it checks for changes automatically and then only asks if you want to load changes if there are any - this is much better than the original 'ask' which always asks, before looking to see if there are changes, and becomes annoying.
