Regarding repos: If anyone wants to package it for a different distro I'll be happy to help just like I helped with the Debian package by making changes and integrating patches.
The goal for the next version is to have matching Linux and Windows (and maybe OSX) versions and have all features from 0.79 working. I think the Qt version is already better than the GTK version but it's still missing a few features from the MFC version. I'm not adding any new features but I spent some time rearranging dialogs that were too confusing (like the keyboard shortcuts and parts categories). The only major feature missing is printing, which is already half implemented (print preview works except for text) but I still have to go through all MFC files and make sure I ported everything and then I'll have to test all features and look for bugs. I have no idea how long that's going to take but I'd rather take more time to release something complete than to rush it and deal with bugs.
