I converted the book to HTML and put it in CVS in the
  doc/InsideLessTif
directory. That's now a mixture of files with .html, .fig,
.jpeg, and .gif suffixes.

I don't think they're directly available on the web site,
that's certainly something we can fix. Hang on ...

Harald, are there things I missed ? I know I've not taken
all your sources (I believe I have all the figures in fig
format; they are the 'sources' aren't they ?) but I have
HTML for the texts.
