Well, main issue from the LessTif side is that
you do not(!) have LessTif installed on your system.
After a successful (! that's another issue perhaps...)
you have by default a libXm.so (or whatever shared
libs are named on Solaris) or if you build a static
lib libXm.a.

If you build the LessTif sources then a "make install"
should put things in place (see --prefix options for
configure, etc.)
If this doesn't work please also report which version
of LessTif you are trying to build.
