The SF download system has obviously been improved since I last checked.
The new file is available now, it appears to be correct, and the SF
download system prevents you from getting to mirror because it thinks
this file has only been uploaded recently so mirrors probably don't
have it yet.

Ok, so go ahead and download, but still make sure you're getting
the large file (1471215 bytes).
