In Xm/RowColumnP.h there's a macro called RC_HelpPb which
references the help_pushbutton field.
That macro is used in RCUtils.c in several places, but in no
other source files.
By the looks of it, interpreting layoutDirection for this
case only should not be too hard : some tweaking of
DoLayoutHT() should do the trick.
