I've been meaning to ask you which environment you're using.
You wrote about a Microsoft C compiler so I guess you're not
using Cygwin.
LessTif has been compiled for Cygwin (which has the GNU C
compiler) without the changes that your environment appears
to require.
I have no problem with using your patches to add XMLIBEXPORT
everywhere, but I'd first want to know whether this conflicts
with Cygwin, and if so, how we can resolve the conflict.
