Banana Punch

3 cups sugar

3 cups water

3-4 bananas

1 (12 oz) can frozen orange juice

1 (46 oz) can pineapple juice

2 quarts ginger ale and ice and water to make 2 gallons

 

Put sugar, water and bananas in blender until blended well.

Add and chill well orange juice and pineapple juice.

Just before serving add the ginger ale and ice.

Yields 2 Gallons

 

Banana Fruit Punch

1 (46 oz) can pineapple juice

4 bananas

2 small packs of orange Kool-Aid

1 (6 oz) can frozen lemon juice

2 (12 oz) cans frozen orange juice

3-4 cups sugar

2 quarts ginger ale

 

Put bananas and pineapple juice in blender until blended well.

Add remaining ingredients plus water and ice to make 2 gallons.

 

Coffee Punch

1 gallon strong cold coffee

2 cups sugar

1 gallon vanilla ice cream

1 pint whipping cream

 

Add 2 cups of sugar to the 1 gallon of hot coffee and let cool.

Stir half of ice cream into coffee.  Then pour into punch bowl.

Dip remaining ice cream over the top to garnish.

Whip cream and place a dab on top of each cup as you serve.

Yields 1 gallon

 

Stay cool over the weekend.
