I can only express my sympathies. I agree with you that calls to customer service should be free. When I had a glo phone, I usually spent 16 minutes on the average waiting to be attended to by a glo worker, and usually the fellow gives me some straight-out-of-a-manual response that is as fake as Judas. They did not solve my problem and so I kept calling and calling, each time being attended to by a different customer service personnel who gets me to repeat myself. Reprieve only came to me when I wrote a mail to NCC ([EMAIL PROTECTED]). You see, these incompetent operators work only when you make "trouble" for them. It's a pity.
