Hi all, I hope you all enjoyed the free SMS-to-Email service I gave out the other day. I just remembered that there was another service I had written about last year. It is Web-to-SMS service. Web-to-SMS means you type your message from a website and it is send to any GSM phone as an SMS. Examples of Web-to-SMS are www.sms.ac , www.choicesms.com, www.smscolony.com and many others. Most require you to buy credits. BUT THIS ONE IS FREE! The site is Guaranty Trust Bank�s WebSMS on their website. They had a big promo last year and lots of people joined up. But the service was plagued by some problems and I forgot about it. I just checked out the site and found out that it still works! If you had joined in 2003, you can go back and log in again. Unfortunately, I don�t know if they still register new members. That is why I am throwing it open here. If you succeed in registering, please let me know. If you have any problems, I will try and answer it.
