Summary: Fails to unmount RAID array at shutdown
Product: Linux From Scratch
Version: TESTING
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: major
Priority: P5
Component: Book
AssignedTo: [email protected]
ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
QAContact: [email protected]
My setup has a RAID5 array mounted at / (device md0) and a RAID1 array mounted
at /boot (device md1), at shutdown, there's a message to the extent "md0 still
in use". Somehow in the bootscripts maybe, active arrays need to be switched
into Read-only mode prior to shutdown/reboot in order to preserve data
integrity.
