Comment:

This has been discussed in the past and there are numerous reasons
why we keep the 'prdownloads' URL in the book:

 1) We're not sure if it is the 'right thing to do', as it seems
Sourceforge prefers using the URL to the mirrors instead of
 hard-coded download sites

 2) What might be a good mirror for you, might be horrible for
 another user.

 3. It is simply too easy to make a rule for any automated system
such as JHalfs to substitute a mirror when the 'prdownload' URL
 is accessed.

 4. The Sourceforge mirrors tend to be up and down, so it might
be that the hard-coded location could be down and the other
 17 location are up.

We do appreciate you taking the time out to send in patches for
the book. Don't let the fact this one probably won't get applied
be a negative. I hope you understand the points made above, and
trust me, this isn't something I came up with, those notes are
from previous discussions about this issue.

I'm leaving the ticket open so another Editor can agree/disagree
with my assesment and either apply the patch (discussion would be
 required) or close the ticket.
