BLFS.

Bruce pulled it out of BLFS a few days ago because it was in LFS.

And he is correct because /proc/bus/usb is obsolete and should not be mounted at all unless you run legacy apps like VMware.

However, either LFS or BLFS should deal with the udev rule. I prefer LFS because this rule deals with naming of devices.
